Frankie C. Blevins, Jr.
FRANKIE CELSUS BLEVINS, JR. is a 1993 graduate of Ashland Paul G. Blazer High School, Ashland, Kentucky.
Frankie earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 1998. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College
of Law in 2001.
Frankie was a Staff Editor for the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the U.S. Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
Frankie clerked for Woodward, Hobson and Fulton, LLP before joining them as an associate attorney for two years concentrating primarily in
product liability, premises liability and warranty defense litigation.
Frankie lives in Berea with his wife and their children, Mollie, Finley and Tessa.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for the
Berea Chamber of Commerce, currently serving as Vice-President, and is a member of the
Central Bank Advisory Board. He enjoys running and following
University of Kentucky sports.
Tracy Todd Blevins
TRACY TODD BLEVINS graduated from Rockcastle County High School, Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, as validictorian
in 1994. She earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Transylvania University in 1998 graduating with honors. Tracy attended the
University of Kentucky College of Law where she received her J.D. in 2001 and is distinguished as a member of the Order of the Coif and a
Bert T. Combs Scholar. During her tenure at the College of Law she was Staff Editor and Technology Manager for the Kentucky Law Journal.
She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the U.S. Court for
the Western District of Kentucky. Prior to forming Blevins Law, Tracy clerked for two summers for Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP.
After graduation, she joined Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP as an associate attorney concentrating in real estate, general business, and
health care law.
Tracy lives in Berea with her husband and their children, Mollie, Finley and Tessa, and is an active member of the community. She serves on
the St. Joseph-Berea Hospital Advisory Board
and the New Opportunity School for Women
Board.
Valerie J. Himes
VALERIE J. HIMES graduated from Cumberland High School in 1992 as valedictorian of her class.
She earned a B.A. Summa Cum Laude with Department Honors from the University of Kentucky in 1996.
Valerie attended the University of Kentucky College of Law where she received her J.D. in 2000 graduating in the top 15% of her class.
While at the College of Law, she was Associate Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal, clerked two summers for Stites & Harbison and clerked
for the Fayette Circuit Court.
After graduation from the College of Law, Valerie served for a year as the staff attorney for the Madison County and Clark County Circuit
Courts. Since 2003, Valerie has served as adjunct professor at Eastern Kentucky University teaching business law. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the U.S.
Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Prior to moving to Blevins Law, Valerie practiced law for nine years at Sword, Floyd & Moody,
PLLC, in Richmond, Kentucky, concentrating in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate, corporate law, general business and health
care law.
Valerie lives in Berea with her husband, Ray Himes, and their three children, Mason, Maria Jade and Max.
Valerie serves as Vice Chairman on the Richmond City Board of Adjustments.
